张慎启，中共党员，副主任医师，市立医院关节运动医学科副主任，北京协和医学院、清华大学双博士，硕士研究生导师，山东省委组织部、人社厅认定引进高层次人才,枣庄市医学会关节外科委员会主任委员。曾就职于中国人民解放军总医院，在关节外科疾病诊治方面，积累了丰富的临床经验。
