基本情况介绍：
刘敬华，男，1982年10月生，中共党员，医学博士/博士后，博士研究生导师，主任医师，临沂市人民医院肝胆外科二病区副主任(主持工作），齐鲁卫生与健康杰出青年人才，临沂市人民医院首届“青年才俊”，临沂市人民医院领军科创团队负责人，中国胰腺病学会会员；中国医学装备协会转化医学分会第一届委员；山东省疼痛医学会营养与支持治疗专业委员会副主任委员；山东省医师协会肝胆胰腔镜微创医师分会常委；山东省医师协会器官捐献与移植多学科联合专业委员会委员；临沂市医院协会普外科专委会常委。主持中国博士后基金、省自然及厅级基金等5项，科研经费200万元，获国家专利7项，发表SCI论文10余篇。
研究方向：肝胆肿瘤的基础与临床
研究生培养：
锦州医科大学硕士研究生毕业5名，（读博士一名）；
广州中医药大学硕士研究生毕业一名（读博士），在读5名；
山东第二医科大学硕士生在读3名。
