基本情况介绍：
尹万斌，中共党员，医学博士，副主任医师，附院医学英才。
擅长小儿肛瘘和肛周脓肿的保守和手术治疗。熟练掌握复杂性肛瘘、肛周脓肿、混合痔、肛裂、肛乳头纤维瘤、骶尾部藏毛窦等肛肠外科疾病的诊断和手术治疗。
科研方面：发表SCI论文12篇。
获得荣誉：2018年荣获济宁医学院附属医院首届“住培医师病例报告年度大赛”一等奖；2018年荣获济宁医学院附属医院“优秀住院医师”。2023年荣获济宁医学院附属医院“医学英才”。
社会兼职：山东省医师协会肛肠病学医师分会委员；山东中医药学会第四届肛肠专业委员会委员；山东省医学会数字医学分会外科学组委员；山东省老年医学学会肛肠专业委员会委员。
研究方向：
婴儿肛周脓肿的诊治；
早发性结直肠癌的预后模型；
肛肠外科常见病的诊治。
研究生培养：
2025年开始培养研究生。
