基本情况介绍：
张利勇，男，中共党员，聊城市人民医院脑科医院副院长，主任医师，博士，博士研究生导师，山东第一医科大学临床教授。曾赴欧洲圣帕尔滕医院（St.Polten）神经中心交流访问。国家卫计委脑卒中防治优秀中青年专家，山东省五一劳动奖章获得者，齐鲁金牌职工，首届水城英才，聊城市有突出贡献的中青年专家。主要社会兼职：中国卒中中心管理指导委员会督查专家，国家卫计委脑卒中防治基地医院专家委员会委员，国家卫计委脑卒中防治出血性神经介入委员会委员，中国医师协会神经介入专业委员会委员，山东省医学会神经外科学分会第九届委员会副主委，山东省卒中学会脑血管介入与手术治疗分会副主任委员，聊城市神经外科质控中心主任。主要从事脑血管病的临床诊疗和基础科研工作。对各种出血及缺血性脑血管病的诊断和治疗有很深的造诣，是为数不多同时擅长外科手术和介入治疗的复合型人才。在聊城首次开展阿尔茨海默病颈深淋巴管静脉吻合（LVA）手术。擅长颅内动脉瘤介入栓塞术、开颅动脉瘤夹闭术，脑AVM介入栓塞术及开颅AVM切除术，各种缺血性脑血管病的颅内、外血管内支架植入术，急诊神经介入取栓手术等。多项技术在全国处于领先地位。年神经介入手术千余台，开颅血管病手术300余台。
